Reality Star Lindsie Chrisley Arrested in Shocking DUI Scandal—Here’s What Happened!

ATLANTA (Gray News) — Lindsie Chrisley, a former star of the reality TV series “Chrisley Knows Best,” was arrested Saturday night in Georgia, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Atlanta News First reported Lindsie Chrisley was charged with DUI, attempting to elude, improper passing, reckless driving and speeding.

She was released hours later on a $5,961 bond.

Chrisley told TMZ she was pulled over after swerving to avoid hitting an animal. She said she plans to fight her charges.

Chrisley, 36, is the oldest daughter of Todd Chrisley. She last appeared on “Chrisley Knows Best” during its fifth season.

Lindsie Chrisley’s arrest comes on the heels of a breakup with her ex-boyfriend David Landsman. According to People, Landsman was arrested last month after an alleged physical altercation with Lindsie Chrisley.

According to TMZ, Landsman alleged Lindsie Chrisley punched him during a fight, while she said he attacked and attempted to strangle her.

Landsman was charged with aggravated assault by strangulation.

The couple recently agreed to a mutual no-contact order requiring them to stay 500 yards away from each other, their homes and workplaces through May 2027.

Lindsie Chrisley’s legal battles are the latest for the family that starred in “Chrisley Knows Best.”

Lindsie Chrisley’s father Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie Chrisley were pardoned by President Donald Trump in May 2025 on their fraud and tax evasion convictions. Both were released from prison.

The Chrisleys’ TV show portrayed them as a tight-knit family with an extravagant lifestyle. Prosecutors at the couple’s 2022 trial said they spent lavishly on expensive cars, designer clothes, real estate and travel after taking out fraudulent bank loans worth millions of dollars and hiding their earnings from tax authorities.

Before she was pardoned, Julie Chrisley had been scheduled for release in January 2028, while Todd Chrisley was to remain behind bars until September 2032, AP reported.

The Chrisleys’ attorney, Alex Little, said at the time of their release that the pardon “corrects a deep injustice” in which the couple was “targeted because of their conservative values and high profile.”
