Emmerdale spoilers follow for Monday’s episode (1 June), which is available to watch now on ITVX and YouTube but hasn’t aired on ITV1 yet.
In tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, the village’s arson drama continues now that viewers know that Kyle Winchester is the culprit. Graham Foster is on the case and catches the schoolboy red-handed, but will he expose the truth to everyone?
Meanwhile, Ross Barton is a man in demand as everyone seems to want his time – while Sam Dingle is keen for his dance expertise, Laurel Thomas has very different intentions!
Read on for six early teasers from Monday’s episode…
Kyle becomes reluctant to go to school – and he irritates Cain by repeatedly bringing up their ongoing project to fix up the old car.
As Cain vents to Kammy about Kyle’s behaviour, the troubled schoolboy feels rejected by his dad. Kyle fears that Cain doesn’t want to spend any time with him, so when a lighter then falls out of his bag, he’s tempted to act out by starting another fire.
Graham continues to keep watch over the nearby farmland, determined to find out who’s been starting fires. He spots smoke in the distance and rushes off to deal with the situation.
Joe’s right-hand man finds Kyle standing next to the car he’s been fixing with Cain, which is now on fire. He pulls Kyle to safety and initially assumes that the teen is an innocent bystander. However, it soon dawns on Graham that Kyle is the arsonist.
Graham is furious over Kyle’s reckless behaviour and rebukes him for causing so much trouble. In an emotional outburst, Kyle reveals exactly why he’s been starting the blazes – and also shares his reasons for targeting Robert.
Although Graham is sympathetic, he insists that Kyle must tell Cain and Moira the truth about what’s been happening. Will Kyle listen to him?

When Dawn learns that Gabby is heartbroken over Ross, she steps in for a quiet word with the bad boy as they cross paths at the café. Dawn warns Ross not to treat Gabby badly, but he insists that he was simply letting her down gently as he has feelings for another woman.
Laurel overhears this exchange and is impressed when Ross is totally discreet about the lady’s identity. Could this be the green light for her to explore things with Ross further?
Archie is being looked after by Kerry and Eric while Jai is away in Canada. Making the most of the situation, he tricks Kerry by claiming that Jai didn’t leave any lunch money behind – so he’ll need £30 for the week.
Kerry and Eric soon realise that Archie has spun the same bogus story in separate conversations with both of them! Will they be impressed or appalled by his cheeky scheme?
Sam tells Ross that he’s desperate for more dance lessons, as time is running out to brush up on his steps and impress Lydia. The problem, however, is that Lydia feels rejected when Sam turns down the chance to spend time with her that evening.
Sam has arranged a one-on-one session with Ross, but is vague about his plans for after work. As Lydia wonders why he’s becoming so distant, it seems that Sam’s romantic surprise is causing more harm than good!
